The family business in the third generation, has converted its production in a rush: in addition to upholstery fabrics – and leathers, the upholstered furniture manufacturer from Frohnlach | Germany is now sewing mouth and nose masks on behalf of the district of Coburg.
Although W.SCHILLIG is one of the few upholstered furniture manufacturers that can still maintain production at 100 % at the moment, Erik Stammberger is happy to comply with the request from the district and is now producing mouth and nose masks. »Especially in the current situation, it is especially important that we all stick together now and manage this time together«, says CEO Erik Stammberger. »We are pleased to be able to make a small contribution to the fight against the virus. The crisis brings us all to our limits – but it also shows us ways to overcome borders«.
